Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am outraged! I came here to get my daughter and I both hair cuts. My daughter went first. I checked it out. At first I saw one side was longer than the other, then I see a chunk of hair sticking up in the back of her head!!! I made this known to the stylist and she insisted she DID NOT do it!!! When I brought my child in her hair did not have a missing chunk and this was freshly cut off. Then she began to argue and say it’s probably “breakage” WOW lady! I tried to compromise but she insisted she did not do this. So I ended up paying the 20$. I mean yes it’s only 20$ but if you are going to get paid for what you do please do it right and if u make a mistake at least OWN up to it! I’ve never seen someone with such poor customer service. I am outraged! I came here to get my daughter and I both hair cuts. My daughter went first. I checked it out.
