Quality is great, but the service is…inconsistent. While there are some people ready to greet and welcome you, others just stare at you and I’ve even received attitude from those servicing me on multiple occasions. Outside of that, I’ve returned bc the quality is very good from hair to nails, there are truly some talented individuals here! Also, the Wall colors could stand to be lightened as the place is pretty dark and cave-like.
