Critical: Professionalism, QualityI brought my son in to get his haircut on a Sunday. There was a man named Jama working and he said he could do my son’s hair. It seemed fine until we walked out and my son turned his head. He had a big gap in his line. The man was starting on someone else, so I told my son we would get the baby food and go back and wait until he was finished to get it fixed. I was nice about it at first. I said, “Hey, I didn’t realize this until he turned his head if you could fix it please.” He proceeded to tell there was nothing wrong with my son’s hair, and that it was his natural part. He REFUSED to fix it and said, “I don’t have to deal with your bad attitude honey.” I left and finally found somewhere else that could fix it. I have already called corporate and they are supposed to be refunding my money. I was informed that man is the manager of the shop. Please do not let him touch your child’s head. At first I thought the haircut on my 10 year old was fine. Unfortunately, after it dried there was several pieces of hair that was too long on her shoulder length cut. I had to have it redone by a different place. I personally will not return.

I have been there twice in the past several months and the first time I got my hair trimmed and ask for layers and the woman did not do the layers anywhere near the way I wanted them to be. Then she told me that it would only cost me $80 to get full blonde highlights but when I came back a couple of weeks to a month later it ended up costing me $127.27 very dissatisfied

Nails and hair done as walk in. I do not like their neighbors. The laundromat next door had addicts throwing their arms around and tweaking their way to their cars. I kept my doors locked as I waited on my daughter. If you are gumming the air because you have no teeth and cant stop moving your mouth, then everyone knows you are on meth. Oh, and quit telling yourself that everyone does drugs. Only you do it and everyone else knows it.
