I went for a cut and color. Kelsey was my stylist. My color turned out pretty. My cut is cute but I did have to touch up my neck on my own later at home. It was left prickly around my hairline and was causing discomfort. I was very dissatisfied with the cost! I am uploading a picture of my receipt. I was charged $11.00 for my hair to be blown dry and $3.59 for some styling gel on my curls. I did not leave a tip because I was charged $95.24 after all was said and done. It was too expensive. The $11.00 blow drying and $3.59 for styling gel should have been explained to me PRIOR to being done. Also, I ended up “styling” my own hair after Kelsey cut it. I had to ask for a pic and a small curling brush there to fix my bangs and fluff my pixie bob cut before leaving because my hair didn’t look right the way it had been left. I wasn’t very happy with my visit but I am glad my color turned out well and my cut fairly well. I won’t be recommending anyone to them due to the “hidden fees” of blow drying and styling gel.

Critical: ValueSo, I’m not a stylist. I don’t know what the going rates are. But $11 to blow dry hair??? Really? First they quoted me only about $65 start to finish over the phone. That’s what I expected to pay. Then she charged me for a haircut, but she only cut off like maybe a 1/3 of a centimeter on both sides. You couldn’t even tell any hair was cut at all. Hardly qualifies as a haircut. Not to mention, Trisha the stylist was so unbelievably rude. She kept interrupting me and cutting me off when I was talking to her and explaining what I wanted done. She was really rough while washing my daughters hair and held the blow dryer so close to her neck almost burning her. My daughter was complaining about the pain the rest of the day. Do NOT go here. Let me just start by saying this… I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the way that my nephew was treated in this establishment. Let me start by saying that my nephew has autism, had brain surgery, and isn’t a huge fan of haircuts to begin with. The girl that started cutting his hair was doing her absolute best to work with him.. although he was crying she was doing fine handling the situation on her own. At this point TAYLOR comes over and demands the clippers from her coworker, GRABBED my nephew by his head, and just started running the clippers over his head with him screaming and crying. THIS KIND OF RUDE BEHAVIOR IS TRAUMATIZING FOR A CHILD WITH AUTISM, OR ANY 3 YEAR OLD TO BEGIN WITH. And on top of the nightmare of a story this girl is the GENERAL MANAGER. My poor sister was crying by the time she got out of the door with the apologies of the two coworkers who were in store with TAYLOR, but nothing from TAYLOR herself. We will no longer be using this facility, and I will be sure to let everyone I meet know about our HORRIBLE experience. As someone who works with children everyday I do not understand how she could treat a child this way. I CANNOT FATHOM HOW SAD AND ANGRY THIS HAS MADE ME. If I could give this facility no stars I absolutely would.

I love love love this place. The only drawback to being so good at their job is that they stay busy. I’d suggest calling ahead and making an appointment cause the ladies here are in high demand. They know what they’re doing and I have never left dissatisfied with my hair. Came clear across town just to get my hair done with them
