First of all, i walked into this place back in May with a ton of skepticism, just because it was a hair cut place in walmart. Boy was i mistaken, Allison Harwell is an amazing barber! Not only was she absolutely wonderful with my son. She spoke with him the whole time about their similar interests in video games, he had lots of fun and made the entire hair cut process easier. This experience is what customer service is all about. I HIGHLY recommend Allison to anyone needing a haircut! if i could give more stars i would!

I was taken care of by the beautician named Mary Koonce and she was professional and also kind and concerned about the way I had in mind about how I wanted my curls to look. She was very helpful in telling me how I could get pictures of perms for long, thick hair. I found a picture that I knew I would love and she also thought it was a beautiful style. I was extremely pleased with how careful she was not to pull my hair out and answered any questions I asked her and I was surprised at how quickly she finished. I was surprised at the total cost when I went to pay because I expected it to be so much more than what I was actually charged, honestly I thought I had heard wrong but I hadn’t and the price was correct. I usually leave a salon feeling sad and displeased but when I was walking out I was wearing a big smile on my face underneath the mask because Mary had given me the hairstyle in the picture I had shown her that I wanted. I expected it to be somewhat like the picture but she went well above and beyond my realistic expectations and I can’t say enough about her skills and the care she takes in her work to do the job to the best of her abilities and I hope she continues to work there because I have every intention of making her my one and only hair stylist from now on. I couldn’t be happier with my entire visit or the final outcome of my perm.
