I don’t understand the point in booking an appointment if they’re gonna cancel it because they had a walk in. I don’t think it was the hair stylist’s fault, but you may need to reconsider your booking process.

I went in a few weeks ago while my family did the grocery shopping. Lady was nice and everything, but after I got home realized my hair was gabbed. I can not wear my hair straight. She straightened my hair for me and should have noticed there was a problem. Wish I could find a good stylist in the north Georgia/Chattanooga area that can cut hair well…… 🙁 She also took too much off, asked for 2 inches got 4+ inches.
