I took the time to fully make an account with SmartStyle. I then set my appointment time and made sure it was well before the location closed. I then drove 25 minutes to the store and checked in as it stated to do online. I walked in to sign the sheet and the stylist asked what I wanted and I told her i made an online appointment she then stated that she wouldn’t be able to cut my hair due to having too many things to do and there wouldn’t be time before close. After going through the process and it stating there was an available time to get my haircut done I should have been able to get the haircut. This needs to be fixed and on top of this she was extremely rude about it. I will never go back to this place. I would recommend that anyone else go to another place also. I ended up going to Peace.Love&Haircut’s and I will never go anywhere else now so if you have had a bad experience try going to the same place as me and I have no doubt that you will be happy.

This is where I get my hair cut. But to any man reading this there’s only one girl here who knows how to do a fade. The white girl will tell you she does but she messed my hair up. I had to go the next day to Johnson City and pay $40 to have it fixed. I don’t know if she knows how to cut women’s hair. The other girl is awesome and she listens to what you what. She won’t just do her own thing.

Tanya is great, when we moved here 4 years ago I dreaded finding a new hair dresser. I went through 4 different people before I found her and my hair always looks great now. She is the best in town if you ask me! I was a little iffy because it is the hair salon in Walmart, but I was pleasantly surprised! Everyone is always friendly, you can’t beat the prices and I am always very happy with my hair!!

Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. First they lied about price and said 25$ was the cheapest haircut they had, and judging by reviews I’m not the only person with that issue. Seemed to have no experience through the whole cut then got to the register and they still tried to charge me for the full works haircut. And tried to lie again. Once I said the woman over the phone said a different price she slapped me with a “sanitation fee” then I Got home took a closer look and my hair line looked like a snagletooth tiger. I had to fix it myself just to look semi decent. I warn all to stay cl ees are they are lying cheats. And they can’t cut hair to save a life
