Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI normally do not give bad reviews but this was such a horrific experience and I feel like my hair was abused on my very birthday, I will never go to this salon again! Although I was very nice to her and did not complain to avoid any headaches. The first impression was so bad, she was blaming me why I didn’t tell her that I bought a Groupon when I called her for an appointment – I told her I bought it after I made an appointment! – but this was so unprofessional and disrespectful. She was angry saying I cannot take your appointment, if I do so I will charge you extra 80$ because your hair is too long, asking me if I had ever read fine prints to pay extra charges! She was encouraging me to not use the Groupon and pay her 150$ upfront instead. Then, she cut my hair which was so horrible, she started cutting the end of my hair with just a machine, then cutting 3-4 packs of hair with a blade, without using any scissors! All haircut took about 5 minutes as she just wanted to save time and effort to take more customers! I was so uncomfortable and praying what would happen to my hair at the end when she started to put two used caps on my head. I asked her I want full highlights with foil and I showed her a few pictures and said I want dimensional highlights, she did not pay attention when I even asked her if she can use foil instead, she told me: no! cap is used for long hair nowadays! — although my hair is up to my shoulders, not too long– She said cap is used in All Europe and it makes your hair very beautiful! All salon are using cap instead of foil, … which was totally lie. I am not expert but I follow hair and highlight trends. She was too tough and harsh on getting strands out of the cap. After washing the bleach, she was using a little color leftovers, and complaining why I have so much hair!! She went to the back and brought some color from back of her store on her hands to put on my head, with no bowl or brush, just with massaging my head. She had told me that she would color my hair and even cover the grey strands… My hair has got so frizzy and stuck in the cap when she was washing off the bleach obviously got so damaged when she was trying hard to pull hair strands forcefully out of the cap! At the end, she had me sit and gave me a brush to brush my own hair, the bleached hair looked so damaged and were stuck in the comb. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueGot my hair abused!Horrendous and very unprofessional service. Pam has done my service and she was terrible. I went to get my balayage with haircut. She didn’t wash my hair before hair cut and did a dry cut. She was very rough and hurrying as she was doing multiple clients at the same time. Lot of waiting time…she doesn’t even know how to shampoo..she was too rough while shampoo and conditioning. she didn’t take my consent before applying color… I asked for hazelnut I showed her pictures but the color is too light and the color application was terrible. I highly doubt if they even use any range of colors. All the Clients seemed to get same color no matter what we choose… It is not at all as expected. Now I have live with this color and hair cut… she left me on blow dry for almost 30 mins. My hair is definitely got rough and obviously hair damage due to so much of heat. She curled my hair but never bother led to brush my hair or section it. Do you think my hair is a sheep fur Pam? The bride to be had a picture of what she wanted and the end result was NOTHING the same, stylist kept saying it was because of her long hair and that it was thick so she ended up doing whatever she wanted which was very old fashioned. Same went for the grandmother of the bride the result was so messy that it looked like there was a curly horn sticking out of the side of her head and the stylist just left it. As for the makeup the quality was very cheap and she was asking if we brought our own Makeup since she only had one pallette with neutral colors. There was no contouring and I asked for some green shadow to match my dress and ended up walking out with blue eye shadow. I literally laughed at my face everytime I seen myself in the mirror. The bride to be had a picture of what she wanted and the end result was NOTHING the same, stylist kept saying it was because of her long hair and that it was thick so she ended up doing whatever she wanted which was very old fashioned. The lady caked me in foundation and put black lid liner all around my eye then over lined my lips…i looked like an old oil painting or someone from the 90s. We went to the bathroom and had to fix mine. Thank God we had our own make up with us. The day continued and she even messed up the BRIDES HAIR! The bride showed her the hairstyle she wanted (just a twist in the back and the rest of the hair curled nice) and then the lady did something COMPLETELY different(it looks like a bun that looked like a gift wrapped bow?? With like craft glitter sprinkled on her bun). The bride tried to stop her once she saw I wasn’t going the way she wanted and the lady blamed her long thick hair saying she can’t do twist with her hair….what???but you can do a weird bow thing?? Came with a bridal party to do our makeup. I was the first up and let’s just say after I was done, I told two of the other bridesmaids not to get theirs done. The lady caked me in foundation and put black lid liner all around my eye then over lined my lips…i looked like an old oil painting or someone from the 90s.
