I have got pretty good haircuts from Kim and my worse haircut ever from Hiyeme on this location. It is really hard to keep up with the good stylist. They seem to rotate out of this location quiet often. Personally, I was only able to find two decent stylist out of approximately 8 I tried.

If I could give the Alexandria location a zero, I would. I had taken my hearing aids off before my haircut and Aspen assumingly proceeded to use sign language.I told her that I don’t know sign language, but I do read lips. The entire time she kept using it when I specifically told her not to. I told her zero high fade for the haircut, she only went halfway. The sides were uneven, and when she proceeded to cut my hair with scissors, she neglected to spray water beforehand. She asked me how much to cut, I said halfway meaning the length. What does she do? She only cuts half the hair from the back to the center, not cutting the front. Then she proceeds to wash my hair with cold water, when I said lukewarm. The whole scenario was a scene from Halloween. I didn’t know whether to laugh, or get mad. My haircut looked like something from the 1920s. I have a half a mind of suing this place just for the sign language, I was so embarrassed. I only have 50% hearing loss and could still hear her, all she had to do was speak to me like a normal person. Good riddance! I had to cut all of my hair off when I got home it was so bad

I’m a 65 yo female and just got a phenomenal hair cut here! Mekdes did an excellent job and was very friendly! The other lady here performed hair cuts for two men and those cuts were also excellent! Their prices were very good too. I highly recommend this location.
