Chris, I believe her name was, butchered my hair. I asked for a high skin fade on my left side, a medium 0 to 1 fade on my right, and 1 inch off the top. I comb my hair over to my right and also asked for a hard part on my left side, so it distinguishes between the fade and the longer hair.

Staff seemed friendly enough. Signed in online, arrived and spoke with lady at counter and had a seat (5 min early and after 15min warning text). Sat for about 15 min before leaving because customer that came in 10 min after me was seated in chair. I have used other Sport Clips establishments and was satisfied. I believe reception lady did not change my status on board when I arrivedn, and so I was skipped. I was at top of board with status of not arrived when I left.

Most of the time I get in online and get out fast. Did the online today and got there with 15 minutes to spare then it jumped to 45 then when it came my time to get my hair cut the stylist called my name and someone else jumped up and they got their hair cut. We got there about 5 minutes before our time and we were called almost to the minute of our appointment. My son really enjoyed Kari and she did a great job. I showed her a picture of Christiano Ronaldo’s hair and she helped us understand the next few steps to get his haired styled the same way. She was great with him and did a great job on his hair.
