Took my two boys here today and for the second time my oldest one did not get his haircut as was asked. There was a clear discussion about using a 4 on his sides and back and a 6 on the top. I don’t know if Sarah wasn’t paying attention or just buy her looks she plain didn’t want to be there. She pretty much used 1 hand the entire time to cut his hair. My husband had to straighten it when we got home as there were pieces all over that were longer than the rest. Thankfully my youngest got the other gal working and did an absolutely amazing job! I chose to bring my kids here because they give back to Veterans and it’s close to our house, but after two times in a row of not getting what is asked for I think we have to find a new location or a new place in general.

Showed up earlier than I was scheduled and the door was locked. Why say your hours are until 8 when you lock the doors at 6:30. Unreliable. Will not be coming here again. I saw another review saying the same thing as me like 4 months ago. Like come on guys, it’s not that hard.

Sorry about your problems but when I’m told that if I have cash I can be first in line because of your computer being down, just knock on the door. I show up, the place is full and a 2 hour waiting list. I tell the person behind the counter he said they can try and work me in, I would have to wait until everyone else was done. Your appointment app was not turned on. I am now trying to find a place to get a haircut.

First time, my 12 yr old got his haircut here, place looks cool, stylist was nice. Told the stylist exactly what he wanted, not complicated by any means, 2 on sides and back hand trim top. Came out w practically no hair!! The reason for hand trimming the top is that it keeps some length while still looking ok w the sides and back, there’s no length, could pass as a buzz cut, something he has never liked. Very dissapointed, overpriced, and would not recommend, will not be back.

Both locations are train wrecks. Went to this location to buy hair product they were out. Went to the other location waited 15 mins while they tried to figure out what the price was. Get receptionists to help people instead of 1 stylist at Fargo south and 2 stylists at west fargo. Seems poory managed. Go to Mens Hair Co and save yourself.
