Never will use Sport Clips again. Waited 30 minutes for the next available stylist and then was pushed back 30 minutes because the next stylist decided that she would rather take the guy behind me in line who had requested her. Her loss as I generally tip $20 on a cut. Just a terrible way to treat a customer.

Drove a pretty good distance to get the hot towel and massage. I even waited for over an hour, but I didn’t mind because I thought I was going to get the best treatment there. I was wrong. Next time I’ll just go to Supercuts. Wasn’t offered a hot towel or a massage. Kind of felt like I was rushed out. I doubt very seriously if I’ll be back.
