The app was not allowing “check-ins” but instead displayed an error message. I called the store several times, but it was busy. As a final resort, I stopped by the store and immediately was greeted by friendly staff who informed me that for the last 2 and half hours that they were open, they could not get me in and they were “full for the day”. They had 6 people on the list ahead of me and three stylists working. Unless each hair cut takes an hour, that math didn’t add up.. I told them I will check-in, wait, and see what happens. After 30 minutes, I was able to get a cut. I have never been to a business that consistently seeks to turn away business until I found Sports Clips.

I’ve had terrible luck even being able to get a hair cut. The scheduling system is junk and they are completely understaffed. IF you can get in, the ladies are very good and listen to what you want. I made the mistake of pre-paying for hair cuts, but I can NEVER get in to use them. Store opens at 9 on a Saturday, I check in at 9:00:00 and I have to wait nearly 3 hours? Get real. Or get some more people. Very disappointed.

Haircuts are great. Service is usually ok. However last time service was very poor! Kicked off the wait-list despite my arriving at the store prior to my check in time. Was told I could wait and they would get me in. Wasted 40 mins sitting and waiting-they closed up and couldn’t get me in.

I went to Sport Clips yesterday for the first time and had a really great experience! I not only got a nice looking cut, but I had a shampoo massage with a hot towel and it was awesome! It was relaxing! I loved the back massage after the shampoo massage. Overall, it was a little spendy, but it was worth it! The stylist I had was nice and easy to talk to. I’m pretty sure I will be making more trips Sport Clips in the future.

It’s either a hit or a miss. I started going here because my favorite stylist moved over from Great Clips. She’s not always there, so it’s tough to get her every time. Last time I got a haircut I didn’t like it and ended up growing my hair for 10 months. I recently went back and did not get what I asked. Asking for a low fade got me a high and tight. I’ll probably take another long break before going back.
