My husband and three boys normally use sports clips and we have no issue, but today was the day. We checked in during an 85 min wait, estimated time of arrival was 12:09 pm. No problem. At 11:23 pm I got a text that the stylist would be ready in 15 min. Earlier than expected, but no problem. At 11:24 pm I receive another text text saying “Batter up! You’re next in line”, then at 11:27 pm a third text saying the stylist will be available soon and to head inside. We made it there and my husband checked in at 11:38, exactly 15 min after the first text. Then it said a 29 min wait, which really meant that my husband and 6 yr old sat inside for almost an hour and still hadn’t been seen while the rest of us were in the car. Needless to say, we left. I don’t care that there were only two stylists, this is terrible customer service and terrible time management. Not a single person thought to say anything about how messed up the wait times were or anything, nobody even acknowledged that they were there. With a little communication, this probably would have gone much smoother. Caveat, this is the ONLY location we have ever had an issue at.

Been coming here for a while after trying a couple other local places. It can be difficult to find a barber than does a good fade. I’ve always gotten a good cut here. Every stylist I’ve had has been polite and friendly. Jennifer in particular, has been welcoming and personable, keeps a clean workstation, and provides a great cut. She has remembered me and things I’ve told her from one cut to the next which really lends itself to making you feel like a valued customer. Wait times can be long if you walk in, but if you use the app you can usually arrive right when it’s your turn and minimize the wait. All in all I’ve had good experiences at this Sport Clips.

It’s 04 August 2022 and this place has been without AC for 10 days per the staff. It’s currently sitting at a heat index over 100 and all the staff have are fans blowing hot air around. I’ve been a customer of this location for years and love the service I get, but I’ve never seen anything like this. Completely unacceptable! It’s likely unhygienic as well, as I started to sweat during my haircut. Owner needs to take action immediately. This post isn’t a knock on the stylists at all, they are awesome.

Bee is amazing! I went on Halloween just to get my sides faded. I have a undercut style. She even helped me figure out I had a band mark in my hair from tying my hair up to tight. She showed me quickly how to braid my hair to avoid getting a receding hairline later in life from tight ponytails and buns! Amazing service, they’re all professional and friendly.

I always have a great experience whenever I get my haircut here! I walk out better looking than when I walked in, and I need all the help I can get honestly. I’m used to going to a traditional barber, and changed to here because of the convenience of online check-in and able to get cleaned up afterwards. I like my hair faded really close, a difficult cut to get right, but Jennifer does the best job considering my ugly head. My recommendations are to find a stylist you like and chose them on check-in, a more personalized experience makes it just better.
