First time here. Very pleasant experience. My stylist was Halie and I cannot say enough good things about her. Besides knowing what she is doing with a pair of scissors she has the sweetest personality, best outlook, and very personable. I recommend this salon for men and women and specifically set up an appointment with Halie.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHorrible customer service. One stylist cut my sons hair and literally gave him a bowl fade, and when ask what she can do to fix she said “ you guys can leave and started laughing”. She was very discriminating she probably thought my family was Hispanic, which we are not. My son now has pimples on the side of his head, I don’t think she cleaned her clippers. Been getting my hair cut by Adrienne at Studio 20 for over a year now. She is friendly, fun, and does an exceptional job of cutting my hair. I like to get creative and change it up every so often, and Adrienne always rises to the task. Their men’s haircuts are affordably priced at $17. Even with a generous tip, you’re out of there for under $25 and the process is always very timely. Will be continuing to visit this salon so long as my favorite stylist is cutting hair there!

We went here because we had won a gift certificate and we won’t be back. They don’t wash your hair unless you want to pay extra for that. They don’t dry and style your hair unless you want to pay extra. I can go to Regis at the mall for the same price and you get washed, cut and styled for the exact same price. The haircuts we so-so. They did take us in as a walk-in and they were quick-but no wonder why they don’t do anything! I will definitely not return.

Went to the counter then gave up and sat down. Have sat here with no one else waiting for over 30 minutes without being greeted even one time. This was a decent place maybe six or seven years ago. Not any longer. I was driven crazy by all the ceaseless banter, yet no one even acknowledged us three. Then they wanted to argue instead of apologizing. Really?
