I booked a spur of the moment haircut and they were so accommodating. I was booked with Olivia and from walking in to checking out it was a great experience. I told her what I didn’t like currently with my hair and what I was looking for. She communicated with me all throughout the cut and checked in seeing if I wanted to make any changes. The shampoo and scalp massage was amazing . Cut and style was perfect. Already prebooked!

Rebecca helped me go from blonde to burgundy and it. is. STUNNING. I’ve been on the fence about making such a change for years, and I’m so glad she was the one to help me get there.The studio itself was gorgeous, very modern. Each of the artists was kind. She walked me through the entire process and was very open about making sure the color was right and the cut was right (i.e. she listened and made sure we were on the same page rather than just dying it based on her vision). I was her last appointment of the day, but she didn’t rush or act like I was tying her evening up. She was so kind and easy to talk to–it felt like we were friends even though we’d never met!I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. The staff at Studio B-3 were professional and so helpful when booking my color correction. I’m new to Tennessee and had an awful experience else where so my appointment was last minute. The receptionist was attentive and asked lots of questions to make sure I got the appointment I needed and assigned me with a stylist that fit my needs perfectly. Jordan listens to her clients needs and wants, helps with styling and hair care products. You definitely get what you pay for and B-3 won’t disappoint!
