Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to Holly for a full foil and she told me that we couldn’t do that which was understandable bc my hair is a little damaged but she lightened one side of my head and not the other side. Needless to say I had to get it fixed the next day. Holly seemed lazy and kept asking me if I wanted to leave at first. Should’ve been the first red flag and she still charged $300 for horrible work. Amber K is the best! So talented! Not only does she do a fantastic job on my color and cut/style, but she also is incredible with my 3 boys. She talked with me and asked me my hair routine, what kind of products I use, and what I wanted to do with my hair. She walked me through all the steps of what she was going to do too.
