Nicki Snider has not only helped remove a huge mat bundle full of all of my hair with ease and emotional support. I had long hair that I loved and when she noticed the damage was extensive, she not only gave unlimited patience to continue to help remove the mat and get me through the process emotionally. Nicki went above and beyond what a hairstylist ever would and that deserves recognition and praise. I hope to see her as the employee of the month for her positive demeanor, extensive knowledge, & perseverance to tackle the problems of her clients with ease. If you need a haircut quick not a bad place but very few hair stylists here who can do a decent fade if you’re military do not recommend. Been to 5 different stylists here and only 2 have been able to do a good short cut. One of them quit so there is only one. Haircut

I made an appointment for 2:40 for myself and 3:00 for my husband and we both got there early at 2:30. We waited over an hour for our appointments without even being served. The gentleman in the back did 2 standard men’s cuts in that time all while constantly referencing a manual. The lady doing a color client took half an hour to mix up color and then didn’t take any additional clients while the color was processing. Worst customer experience with a SuperCuts I have ever experienced.

My son had his hair completely butchered by a barber today. He got his refund but his hair looked like he had the mange. His grandma drove him to Supercuts to see if they could fix it. Went in to get a hair cut asked for a zero fade and to leave the top. Not only did he cut some off the top after I asked to leave the top but also did not fade the sides and instead proceeded to cut it at a zero all the way up and still managed to some how leave a batch on the left side of my head longer than the rest of the sides so it was also uneven. It could have been saved but instead decided to complete mess it up. I do not recommend going here

Chris was nice but cut my hair extremely uneven, rushed it, my neck is bright red and have patches of neck hair, and cut the length which I asked him not to do. Went in for a trim, tipped 20 bucks for the 5 minutes I was in his chair and got a 3 dollar service that I have to no attempt to fix. Will never use Chris again, everyone else I’ve been to here is really great though.

One of the worst haircuts I have ever gotten in my entire life. At first he didn’t even cut the back and then I asked him to cut the top 1 inch after and he cut a total of 4 inches off the top. If I knew it was gonna be like this I would have done it at home. He also kept rushing to cut my hair it took 5 min max and he charged 25$ for the horrible job. Would not recommend.
