Asked for a 1” haircut with light layers. Got 2” off and a 1” difference between the right and left side. When asked if I liked it, brought up how choppy it was. “Fixing” it left it just as choppy, just shorter. Absolutely do not recommend for medium or long length haircuts. Haircut

They messed up all three of us,, two little boys and a simple cut for a women. We will not go back here ..even though the pricing is good and you keep your fingers crossed that they don’t mess it up to bad but sure enough every time we regret it. Sorry but not sorry for telling the truth.

The ABSOLUTE worst!!! I have the world’s easiest cut and they still screw it up. I don’t know how much easier than saying 1/4″ on the sides and 1/2″ on top!!!! She goes right to an 1/8″ on the sides. And then had the nerve to say it’s OK. Wish I could give 0 stars!!!!

My mother used to be the manager of a Supercuts, so I know what’s it’s like for stylists to have to stand on their feet all day. Having said that, I wish they would take a little more time and ensure that your hair is cut properly. My hair gets difficult where the very short sides meet the very long top, so it’s a challenge to separate and cut all of the shorter hair from the longer. No matter where I go to get it cut, if I choose the most basic price and cut, the stylist inevitably leaves a lot of the short hair, and I end up having to snip them as I find them. I’m not too upset, and I sympathize with the stylist having to work all day, but at the same time I’m paying to have it cut so I don’t have to mess with it myself, and that defeats the purpose if I have to go back over it anyway. The stylist was very nice, though, and there was very little wait.

Oh my goodness.. We wanted a fade. All uneven mess. I understand these people who are cutting hair are time constraints..but my question is.. do they have a license to do hair?? I left there with a teenager whose hair looked like it was cut by a 3 year old. And he had hair all over his forehead. On his neck..what a joke. Stay away

Very friendly service. Everyone of the girls in there are nice and do a great job cutting hair. I always get my haircut cut by Danielle she never disappoints. I always walk out happy. I’ll continue to get Danielle as my favorite hairstylist. By far the best.
