Service has gone to dogs over the years in regards to listening to simple instructions. Went in for another faded undercut and told the stylist that I want to keep everything up top and she trimmed it down anyway. She also buzzed off my widow’s peak and left my sides clearly uneven. I came in so I can stop having to wear hats to hide my unruly hair and now I have to continue to wear one to conceal what I can only describe as a “Follicle Frightmare.” I’ll be cutting my own hair at home from here on. I refuse to continue to waste my money and time on a cosmetic faux pas. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, but it’s certainly the last. Rant over and vent closed.

Lauren is amazing. I went in because I had my hair done a few days ago at a upscale salon here in Bartlett. My color wasn’t right and after contacting the stylist at this other salon she said it would be the same amount of money I paid just a few days ago . I said nope . I am not going to be fooled into paying that price again for it to possibly come out wrong still. It was my fault for not allowing my hair to completely dry before leaving that salon. I called SuperCuts and met with Lauren . She made my color right and took her time and made sure I was happy before I left ! The location was very busy today . However that didn’t make Lauren speed up to try to finish my hair to get to others. She took her time. Asked me questions to make sure not to over process my hair and made sure that it was dry to see the true color and she was very sweet ! I will be back to her again . Not going to another over priced full salon again for color !!!!
