If you’re looking for a great haircut, eye popping color/highlights in a laid back atmosphere, reasonably priced…. Navy is your girl and this supercuts location is the place to go! I was iffy going in bc it was my first time at this location and I was getting a total new look too. After signing in and talking to Navy for a brief moment, I knew I’d picked the right place. All the girls that were there at the time were just as friendly, they all gave me a good vibe about the place. Navy was very knowledgeable about color, products, haircut and everything else I asked about. We made small talk during the whole visit and it was very relaxing. I will DEFINITELY be a return customer to see Navy and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this supercuts location to everyone for their next salon service!

This is not the place to go if you have frizzy, curly hair. I took my grandson, with long hair, to get a shampoo, deep conditioning, and to dry hair and put in 4 plaits/braids. The young lady put his hair in 4 plaits not even braided to the tips but with balls/puffs on the ends. I was going to finish braiding to the tips and discovered his hair was really wet. He couldn’t go home with wet hair that would shrink and be super tangled. An older lady volunteered to blow dry his hair with a comb and to show the younger lady how to do it. The younger lady worked alongside the older beautician 5 minutes, left, and didn’t return. It shouldn’t cost $52 with tip for a 6 year old to get a shampoo, deep conditioning, and blow dry comb out of hair. Fortunately, the older beautician was there. The younger one, I wouldn’t even call a beautician if she doesn’t have the skill to comb and blow dry frizzy hair. He doesn’t even have 4C hair as I heard stated. His hair is soft and silky but frizzes when wet. I normally do it myself and I’m not a beautician. I’ve just been sick recently and just wasn’t up to doing hair. Also, I’m not sure what shampoo is used; however, his hair didn’t even have that just shampooed smell when I took it down to comb it the next morning. I won’t be returning the next time he needs a shampoo by someone other than me. They can only do straight hair that only needs a blow dryer without comb attachment. No trim, no style, $52, overpriced!

Haven’t been to this salon in a long time I normally went to the one on Winchester but I found out that the one on Winchester closed how sad. Anyway the lady who cut my hair I wish I could remember her name did an excellent job very friendly actually all the staff there were very friendly. I will definitely go to this Supercuts again.

Have been going to this store for over 15 years and while there have been a few misses due to rotating stylists, I’ve settled on two who consistently cut my hair as requested: Ms. Kim and Ahmad. Usually go after work, rarely have to wait, and the entire staff is always pleasant.

Critical: CleanlinessAfter asking for my barber to wear a mask they refused, even though I’m a high risk diabetic. I was in a hurry for a job interview so I took the cut anyways despite no safety for myself. During the haircut the barber sneezed in my hair and refused to apologize. I became upset and they refused to finish my haircut. I didn’t get the job because of my uneven hair. My wife left me because I didn’t get the job.
