Kim was phenomenal! Truly a magician. She dove right in with such speed and tenacity all while completely meeting each of my specifications. Kim is a phenomenal, attentive, and detail oriented professional. I can honestly say that she is a true expert of her craft as she modifies her approach for each individual’s hair texture and preferences. Is it funny that my boyfriend and I both share her as a hairdresser? Both of us have had bad hair experiences in the past and Kim was able to take leadership and not only give us each an excellent haircut, but explain her process along the way. Let me just tell you that I probably have some of the thickest hair you’ve ever seen that is quite difficult to “get right” AND I explicitly asked her not to use a razor or thinning sheers because they have been used in the past by inexperienced hairdressers, subsequently leaving my hair frayed and tattered. Kim took my request on board and was able to create a seamless and textured haircut with scissors alone. She was meticulous and spent a considerably long time on my hair- hours after her shop was supposed to be closed. Now THAT is skill and passion. Kim could also tell that I get anxiety during haircuts and tolerated all my questions and tried her best to put me at ease. Thank you Kim!

Positive: QualityFirst time here after bouncing around barbers for a year…. I’m being completely honest with you, if you can’t find the right barber for you, come here. This was the best haircut I’ve gotten, and I could not be more impressed what Kim did (Owner of the store). I have some problems with cowlick in my hair and from my other barber visit, my hair starts to stick out after a couple of days, or I get getting a nearly bald spot to prevent that. Here it’s perfect. This review is written after a 1 ½ week and the cut still looks perfect.Would I come here again, definitely yes. LOVE THIS PLACE! Honestly the warmth I felt automatically from Ms.Kim just made me 10 times more comfortable! She was great, funny, and sweet to me and my friends. She did exactly what I wanted and even better! She explained to me what she was doing along the way to make sure I wasn’t lost. And my hair turned out so beautiful! It was previously damaged from bleach and dye that I did myself, but she cut the dead ends and added layers and fixed my hair into a shiny virgin like hair!
