I have found my forever stylist!! Susan colored and cut my hair yesterday, and I’m happy to say that I have finally fallen back in love with my hair for the first time in years. I felt like I spent 2 hours with a new friend. She educated me on some of the things I’d been doing with my hair that were actually working against my hair goals, and she gave me some great tips on styling. She even mixed a custom shampoo and conditioner just for my hair type so I can maintain it better between visits to her. Speaking of visits, I am booking my next appointment right now – love the online booking tool. I can’t recommend her ENOUGH!

I desperately needed a new style because my hair looked very dated. I had no clue what to try and was pretty nervous about it. I found Susan pretty soon after I moved to Knoxville, and boy was it kismet! We clicked! She’s fun and sassy, but, most importantly, she listens to you and gives great hair advice. My first visit she sat with me and asked all kinds of questions about my hair, health, and lifestyle. She said she didn’t want to give me a hairstyle I couldn’t or wouldn’t maintain. She also fixed a bad bottle dye job for me (my fault!). I have been going to her faithfully for 10 years and have referred several friends to her (who also love her). She always wants to know where I want to go next, gives me a great color (covering my pesky grays) and a fantastic cut, and takes a little extra time to show me how to style it myself at home so I always look great!
