While this barbershop has a cool vibe, I don’t think all stylists at this place take child clients seriously. I’ve taken my 4 yr old son to high end barbers in the past, so he is used to the experience. If I wanted to take my kids to Supercuts or some place where they cut his hair in a car or train chair, I would. But I came here because I wanted a quality hair cut and was willing to pay for one. I came in with my son about a week ago. The gentleman who cut his hair didn’t seem to have patience for children. My son on several occasions cried out “ouch” and all the barber said was “if you didn’t move so much it wouldn’t hurt.” The barber spent, max, 15 min on his hair when we were slotted for a full 30 minutes. When we got home, my husband remarked on how uneven the cut was and how his neck wasn’t even properly cleaned up. It was all red around his ears from all the “ouch” moments. Might be a great place for adults, but don’t treat child clients equally (except at the cash register).

Just moved to Franklin and needed to find a barber shop. The 1 star they are getting is because the atmosphere and experience is nice. However the barbers are not great. First I tried booking a haircut and beard trim together online which is not possible and they acknowledge the website sucks for booking. Also the quality of the haircut I received was not great. On the website it says 45 mins for the haircut and 15 mins for the beard. After 40 mins total my barber Eli’s sister came into the shop and he seemed to just be done and had no more focus on my haircut. Im used to paying 30 bucks for a quality haircut from a dedicated Barber to paying 45 bucks plus Tip for a half effort haircut. If you go here you are paying for the experience and not the haircut.

First time going to an actual barber and left thinking I’ve been going to the wrong place for years to get my haircut. Nick was great! I showed him a picture of a hairstyle that I liked, he gave me a modern version of the cut I wanted and showed me how to get that look at home. The environment seems laid back but still professional. I’ve circled the city for a solid haircut spot and landed here. Matt is phenomenal. I get cuts roughly every 2 weeks because of my job, but I’m also very specific about it looking the same each time. Matt gets that. They have super quality stylists who are always growing in their field, and also have a very good atmosphere for a drink before or after your cut. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to call home, and tell Matt I sent ya!

Daniel as always provides a great cut and an overall wonderful setting to take my sons and myself for a haircut. Wonderful, hip location in The Factory that also happens to have a bar you can enjoy a beverage whilst getting a trim. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great cut!
