Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityScheduled an Appointment on Booksy. They confirmed it. The location on Booksy brought me to the wrong location, I showed up 15 minutes early. The POC number was disconnected when I tried to call. At the appointment time they cancelled. Overall, a waste of the 14 miles worth of gas I wasted on this group.
