I have been growing my hair out for 2 years and was very hesitant about going to a barber shop. A lot of barbers don’t know how to use scissors and are only good at cutting hair one type of way. I thought about going to a salon but decided to seek out Jay. He cut my hair back when I had short hair and knew he was very knowledgeable about cutting all hair types. I trusted him with my hair and was not disappointed. I’d definitely recommend this place and Jay if you have long hair that needs a cut.

Probably one of the better hair cuts I’ve had, but came with some sticker shock when you see the price. Unless your one of those guys that has a lot of work put into their hair it might be worth it. However paying $37+ $8 tip (20%) is crazy for just buzzing back a zero fade on the sides and little off the top. Atmosphere and staff were nice too but make sure you can afford them.

If you want the best cut in the area, this is the place. I was really nervous because I’ve been butchered from a few shops in Norfolk and VA Beach. Gave this place a shot and the first time the atmosphere felt like NY, Johnny B cut my hair as asked to perfection and listened to every detail, Definitely will be back. Haircut

Positive: ProfessionalismI was refered to the Barber KEN, he styled my hair and trimmed my beard it was ABSOLUTLY one of the best beard trims and hairs cuts I’ve ever received he was attention to detail. He took his time to listen to my concerns to the beard and it’s longer growth. He also showed me how to get my beard to have length to prevent it from looking so bushy. I also loved my haircut as he corrected my part line to the correct position on how my hair grows. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a barber to pay attention to their styling needs. Having a beard can be a choir but with him helping me to understand the care that needed to maintain my beard and hair was GREATLY Appriciated. I’ve been a fan of the parlor for years and have never had a bad experience. They even did my sons first haircut and handed us a certificate with a piece of hair before we left. I’ve had my hair cut by multiple people that used to work for the parlor and some that still work there and no matter who does it, it’s perfect every time.
