I had to make a last minute appointment because I will be leaving the state for a while. They immediately got me in and worked on my hair. I had Becca for the appointment and she was wonderful. Cut my hair perfectly. She styled my bangs perfectly as well. Honestly it was one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time.

First visit made a great first impression. This place doesn’t exactly capture a spa experience, but I walked out with hair I was happy with (and that’s what’s important). Amy shampooed and cut my hair. I described what I wanted, and she got it – even without a picture for reference (which hasn’t always happened with other stylists I’ve worked with in the past – with or without a picture). She had great suggestions, asked great questions to make sure she understood what I wanted, and she delivered exactly what I asked for. Definitely going back!

I’m writing this review on behalf of my friend. She came here to get a root touch up in December . She liked it and decided to go back recently, showing them a picture of how she wanted it. She felt like this time it was a completely different tone then she wanted. So she let them know exactly what she wanted again and they booked a different appointment for her. When she was there, her hair was getting done and she was told that she had to pay an additional $45 for this color change. she did not Know she had to pay this time since it was not the tone she wanted even though the employees there said it was. ( this was two days after paying $200 for the first one). All she wanted was highlights at her roots that would cover her grays but now her hair was a completely different color, and it doesn’t have any highlights . After this they still tried having her come back to charge her for adding highlights. She already had highlights before, but they are the ones who covered it and were gonna charge to add them back. She had to pay twice for a color that she did not even ask for. She thought she was gonna be a regular customer, but not anymore. I’m writing this on her behalf because she thought it was pointless but I told her I think if the manager knew they would not tolerate a customer to be this unhappy. A customer who wasn’t happy with her hair should not have to pay for a correction. It’s not right.

First visit here on a Friday at 11a for a scheduled appt. Had a highlight done by Taylor and very pleased with the color! Prices are good and walk-ins are welcome. Nice boutique at front of salon with CUTE clothes!
