I had an appt with Ashlee and called her just 10min after my appointment time and She rescheduled me a month out since I asked to rescheduled. I apologize that I was coming from Memphis because my Autistic son had Therapy. I had called back to see if I could just come in for a root touch up but she said no, Dec. would be better cause she was stepping out. Then she text me the next morning being slight Rude!! I may post her text later today!! I’ll be sure to find PROFESSIONALS WHO DONT HAVE RUDE ATTITUDES WITH UNDERSTANDING MINDS THAT WILL GET MY HAIR COLOR CORRECT!!
