What a pleasant surprise! After a prolonged illness, went to what I supposed was Stacy’s Barber Shop where I have gone for many years. Surprise! It is now under new ownership as Turning Head Barber And Beauty. Billy, the new stylist/owner is a consumate professional with a sharp focus on detail and beyond-the-norm service. I will definitely continue my patronage and encourage all of Stacy’s clientelle to do the same. A new, and high level, of professionalism has come to Kingston.

Best barber in Kingston/Harriman/Rockwood area. Professional and amicable. Since he schedules appointments, he allows time to go a great scissors cut (as opposed to electric trimmers). Not the cheapest around, but, hey, if you want a 7 -minute session to look like you are prepared for military boot camp – there are lot’s of those barbers around.
