I gave it 3 stars by my hairstyle came out nice but the whole experience was just horrible. I arrived at the salon at 9 am and did not leave until 4:30 pm – I was only getting shoulder-length braids and my hair is not long. I did not plan to spend my whole day at the salon. I became very sick toward the end since one of the clients decided to smear their excrement on the toilet seat in the bathroom. I am pregnant and not being able to use the bathroom was horrible. The owner did not introduce herself to me when she walked into the salon. Instead, she decided to tell me no children were allowed – Nowhere on her website did it say no children were allowed bc if it did, I would have made arrangements. This is the first and last time they will see my face.

Such a gem to find. I am very hard to impress.. but Ashlee did my hair and was FANTASTIC!! She listened to my request, made me feel extremely comfortable and had me out in no time. I had my first loc retwist and it turned out amazing!!! I will definitely back with my daughter. I highly recommend.

When I decided to loc my hair like anybody I was nervous and very selective. I was blessed to have been introduced to Stephanie she is so amazing her energy is great. She is very knowledgeable about hair. She is so wonderful my kids decided to loc their hair as well.All of our hair is flourishing.Great atmosphere great energy the stylists are amazing. 2yrs strong me and my fam have been going to this salon.
