Critical: ProfessionalismThe “Master” hair stylist is supposed to know all about curly wavy hair. I call bull!! She was so unprofessional. They say they’re all experts, but they’re all beginners. This business will not last. And the pictures she posts of her services are not actual pictures of her hairstyles. Most horrible experience. The “Master” hair stylist is supposed to know all about curly wavy hair. I call bull!! She was so unprofessional. They say they’re all experts, but they’re all beginners. This business will not last. And the pictures she posts of her services are not actual pictures of her hairstyles. Most horrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER FOR the good of your hair.

Critical: QualityWarning do not go here for hair color I left with over-processed hair on the bottom and ends The hairs in the front is orange and on the top . She left the bleach on way too long in the back, on ends and lower sides. To much of a root shadow after I showed Sandee I didn’t want anymore then my regrowth and a small halo in the back and still left some grey hairs. Lots of hair fell out I can’t get it fixed right now because so dangerously damaged. Honestly, I know how to do hair and if I could I would do it myself. Except to pay 200 more for what you booked for I usually expect to pay 80 bucks over not 200. contacted the owner Kristy and she said she would call me but never did. I cried for a whole day and was so embarrassed to go out in public. I booked a curlight 200 and was charged for that and 1 all color 140 and 40 for extra bowls. I do not have one all over color I have 2 different oranges 2 over processed blondes 1 nice shade of blonde. I walked in with 3 inches of regrowth and made it easy to do a dark root shadow and my mid to ends where already lightened to where it shouldn’t of ended up orange. She left the bleach on way too long in the back, on ends and lower sides. I have been asked to come back and work. Banned from your salon I guess because I got horrible results and gave an honest review. Banned anywhere else no. Don’t wish me happiness when I know you dont care 1 oz, about my life or job status. Unprofessional I was leaving the medical field because I was on medical leave for a knee injury and looking for a position had interviews the next couple of days after I got my hair done by this business and wanted to go back to my passion of hair. Wow ❗ this management is raw. You won’t last long in Fargo with this backlash against client’s just like another review said.
