I’ve been going to see Henry for years – and I have never been disappointed with the results. Hair is his thing! What is remarkable about Urban Halo is the friendly, happy environment – really speaks to how management runs their show. I highly recommend this salon, don’t be afraid- they’re also great addressing any concerns you might have regarding the condition of your hair and – they’re also at the forefront of new techniques and products.

Edited to add a photo of the chunky “partial balayage” I received. This is after toning my hair with purple shampoo at least 5 times to cut down on the yellow.

Went for my first time for a balayage with Andrea. I showed her a picture of what I wanted & asked for a slightly lighter color. She ended up recommending & doing a full foil. So pleased with the way my hair turned out, literally everything I wanted it to be! I had a harsh line in my hair from previous hair stylist & box dye that she got rid of and blended perfectly! Wish I would’ve taken a before picture to show the magic she worked. Reasonable prices & a nice environment. Already booked my next appointment.

The front desk girls mixed up who I was suppose to have my haircut with after my friend referred me to Nash. I even have the online confirmation and I was given someone else, who proceeded to cut 4inches off which I had worked in growing out fit a year, created layers which I specifically said I didn’t want due to having to put my hair up everyday for work, and to keep my hair even, and to top it all off my hair was thinned out which i don’t know why you’d do that for already fine hair. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. The salon never admitted they messed up or offered any follow up service. Or even a refund. I’ll never go back. I found an amazing hair dresser afterward at 4:14. It will take me likely a year to get back what I lost maybe even more. First time I’ve left a salon crying

I was in bad shape and in need of a real haircut. I work in healthcare and have not had the time literally. I walked into the salon and they did not have any appts. I went to the salon down the block without success. I returned 10 minutes later “ Hey wondering if anything changed in 10 minutes .”

I came to this salon a few times last year and my hair still has not recovered from the damage. It’s completely thinned out now from using way too much bleach. I’ve been dying my hair for years and it was always healthy until coming here.

I asked for a bob that was slightly longer in the front and shorter in the back. The guy gave me the kind of haircut a karen wears – it’s sooo long in the front and ridiculously short in the back. I’m absolutely devastated. There’s no way to fix this other than to let it grow out. To top it off, the layers are really choppy and don’t blend well together, and don’t work with my hair type.

The whole appointment felt extremely rushed. From walking in to paying, it was under 45 minutes ( and my hair is lower back length, ). The hairstylist took less then 3 minutes to pay attention to how I actually wanted my haircut. The proceeded to burn my scalp while blow drying my hair( I even pointed it out that my scalp was hurting). I am not sure how this guy uses the hair straightener, but he kept whacking me in the head, as he was straightening from the roots. Left the place very disappointed, my scalp was hurting, and continued to hurt for 3 days after. And to top it all off, the haircut itself was not what I asked for.
