We Cut Hair.

Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueSpoke on the phone with Pam because I was very nervous about cutting my long curly hair. She spent at least twenty minutes on the phone going over her practice and was very knowledgeable and I ultimately decided to give them a try for my first haircut in five years. The experience was very personable I felt very comfortable in her hands. She did a wash and cut and cut it the perfect length I asked for. My hair looks beautiful and healthy now. The atmosphere was very nice and Pam and the other woman ( I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) we’re extremely friendly. The price was a decent point. Spoke on the phone with Pam because I was very nervous about cutting my long curly hair. She spent at least twenty minutes on the phone going over her practice and was very knowledgeable and I ultimately decided to give them a try for my first haircut in five years. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI just want to express how embarrassed I am for this business. I think it’s extremely unprofessional to down another business (A corporate salon with many, many experienced stylists) for “butchering” a little boy’s haircut, yet the mother brings him back to my place of employment for us to fix this atrocious “haircut” that you all allowed him to leave with. Not to mention, you gave the mother the excuse that the little boy wouldn’t quit moving. Children move, yes. But, this little boy sat very still and was very well behaved. There is no excuse to allow him to leave your salon the way he did. Mother said she only stopped here because she was in the area and has been a loyal client of our’s for years and says she never leaves our place of business disappointed.I just want to express how embarrassed I am for this business. I just want to express how embarrassed I am for this business. I think it’s extremely unprofessional to down another business (A corporate salon with many, many experienced stylists) for “butchering” a little boy’s haircut, yet the mother brings him back to my place of employment for us to fix this atrocious “haircut” that you all allowed him to leave with.
