Whole can braid but once she starts talking on the phone sometimes she loses focus, and that prolongs the time (messin with her phone). Another thing is you will set up an appointment with her and when you show up somebody else is there. But my last visit was 12/22 because I asked her if she could do my hair since I had cut it short, I only asked her to try and do it, but she started doing it and she was doing good in the back but then messin with that phone she lost focus and start doing stuff incorrectly and within six days time my head looked like it had been done for about a month. Also Whole likes to change her prices she never told me the price of my hair when she was doing it but afterwards she tried to charge me $230 and I’m like what, her microbraids use to be $180 and now if you don’t talk to her before she do your hair she’s going to over charge you, and it not worth it especially when she keeps you in her Salon all day because she’s moving slow trying to talk to everyone on her phone.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI paid her 170$ her on Monday August 9 2021 today is Thursday August 12 2021 and this is how my daughter hair looks. I paid her 170$ her on Monday August 9 2021 today is Thursday August 12 2021 and this is how my daughter hair looks. I love my small waist length Senegalese twist ‼️ They’re lightweight and cute the lady who did my hair made sure that she did my hair the way I wanted it. And on top of that the restroom was cleaned and had tissue I’ll definitely be back.. Ps they don’t know English as well as we do so be patient Twist braids

I booked an appointment for my neice. We had a verbal agreement on the price and style. Whole does what she wants to your hair. She quoted me one price and charged another price and she didn’t give my neice what she wanted. Braids

Critical: ProfessionalismI showed Whole a picture of what I wanted but that is NOT what she did. After sitting for hours to have it done, I was ready to go home and left. When I got home I noticed that she had braided my hair into a ponytail that would only allow me wear my hair one way. That is not cool over the age of 30. When I called her to ask her could she redo this, she claimed that she was out of town and could not help me even though her truck was outside her shop. This is after I paid her $120. I will never go back to her nor would I advise anyone else to go. The two younger ladies working in the same salon seemed to be much better at styling. Wish I had needed up with one of them. Keep searching ladies, there is better out there. I ended up going to another salon for braiding on Brainerd Rd across from Family Dollar to try to fix what was done. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueToday I had a verbal scheduled appointment (Appointment was made on 8/10)made and confirmed by the owner Wole for today 8/15 @ 8am despite the business not opening to 9am , I arrived and called the THREE numbers listed for the business at 8:02am over a period of 12 minutes all straight to Vm. After I left the premises i received a call from Wole who then said she had a morning appointment and she needed me to come at 3 . No problem I had plenty to do today . Well here comes 2:55pm and I’m calling the business I speak with Wole again who then pushed my appointment out to 3:30pm . I was upset because I’ve been patient all day why not 30min. Well 3:52pm rolled around and I received no call so I called 3x with no answer . At this point I’ve literally begged for their services , my day has been held up all day waiting on her to do my hair when I could have went else where . Today I had a verbal scheduled appointment (Appointment was made on 8/10)made and confirmed by the owner Wole for today 8/15 @ 8am despite the business not opening to 9am , I arrived and called the THREE numbers listed for the business at 8:02am over a period of 12 minutes all straight to Vm. Critical: ValueMy micros been falling left to right and I only had them done on May 3rd I done had over 8 fallen out in the back they already so lose i will never get my hair done again I will stick with Haddy Cham for now on this was a waste of 200 dollars
