Be cautious before coming here! My stylist did not know how to cut hair and had to get another stylist to finish the job. My cut still ended up not being what I asked for and the more experienced stylist basically refused to fix it. She just kept giving me some kind of lecture about how it’ll never look like the picture I provided which was just an excuse because I’ve had the requested cut done many times without a problem. It was a very uncomfortable experience to say the least.

This would have been really nice if it all had been done but for some reason the bottom was left super blonde.. the girl that did it was so sweet that I just couldn’t even say anything bc I was scared I would have a melt down… So I just left…now I have paid $100 for high/low lights and a trim and I just want to cry..

Did a horrible job on my hair and did not do what I wanted. And left my hair damaged. As well cut way to short with the blue still in my hair and only used 20 developer instead of the 30 I requested and I had to tell them to bleach all of my hair, they only wanted to do sections. now I have to wait weeks to re do it myself because the damage they did. This was my first and only time I will ever go to a personal again. To bleach my hair. And I only bleach so I can stain my hair. Very unhappy

I let a student practice on my hair and it turned out choppy and I had no idea what to do, so I went in this past Saturday (6-31-18) to see if they could suggest anything or fix it. This amazing and very sweet hairdresser there with shoulder length hair worked magic on my hair! I love it so much! I wish I would have caught her name…. I’m very happy I feel confident enough to wear my hair down again!
