I’ve been going to Glenn’s quite a few years for the best haircut value in Tennessee. A couple of years ago, Glenn and his grandson Darryl packed up and changed locations from Fountain City to Halls. It added a few more minutes to my travel from S. Knox but still well worth the drive. I like this location much better. Sadly, Glenn passed on in May of 2019 but the barber shop continues on under the leadership of grandson Darryl who gives one heck of a fine haircut.
