Great Clips in Midtown is where I went last time. Stephanie cut my hair and did an amazing job. I used to go to the location in Farragut, Monica was my go to girl. She’s now moved up in the company. Then there was Jessica she was at Farragut location for a while, then she moved to the midtown location. She’s no longer with great clips. So for now Stephane will be my go to girl or Kristie!

we had an appointment and they put us on the list and we went to go grocery shopping cause the wait list was an hour and we went to check and they closed the door and wouldn’t cut his hair. not pleased at all.

Can’t remember the guys name that works in there. He claims to be a master barber but has no idea how to do a fade. One of my worst cuts ever. I had to agree that it looked ok just so I could get out of there instead of letting him mess it up even worse. I’ve had several cuts at this location and they usually are good but this is twice with this barber and both were horrible.

I went in and was so ready to embrace short hair.I showed my stylist a picture and then after it was done I’m in tears.Its not even close to what I requested…NOT EVEN CLOSE!I will never recommend this place.And I won’t be going back.Walmart does better. Haircut

I was so upset, Jimmy cut my hair. All I went in for was a trim and a bang cut. I have 3A or maybe 2C curly hair type. We talked about how curly my hair was when I sat down, and then I explained to him I wanted about a 1/4” off the ends, but then I wanted my bangs to meet at my eyes. The shape of my bangs were already framed around my face, so it should have been easy for him to have a reference to go off of, all he had to do was shorten it. He WETTED MY BANGS (remember, CURLY HAIR) and then placed the scissors at my desired length. I pulled my head back and immediately asked him “aren’t you going to frame them?” He said “yeah!” And then SNIPPED MY HAIR. He cut my bangs STRAIGHT ACROSS while wet at the length I wanted. Then he has to go in and make it slightly whispy (which is what I wanted) so that made it shorter. Then of course, because my hair is CURLY it dried even shorter! He did not do that correctly either because I had to go home and redo it myself since it was so bold from just a scissor cut. Then he blew dry my whole head while brushing it out. I did not ask for this, nor did I want it done. My hair was curly when I walked in, and it was SUPER frizzy and basically straight when I left. Stephanie, I believe may have been a manager, came to help void out the ticket. I did not pay for this haircut, but no one offered to help fix it so I could at least leave without tears in my eyes. I’m aware it is 4th of July weekend, and i know they have been busting their butts, but this should have been a very simple haircut, and I have never had a bad haircut in my life. This is the first time I have ever felt like I shouldn’t go back to do business. I will be finding me and my husband a hair dresser.
