I made an appointment for my daughter’s prom almost 2 months ahead of time to be certain she could get in. The day of the appt I show up to a closed sign, no lights on, nothing. I called the number and left voicemails and waited for 15 minutes for someone to show up. While we waited several other people showed up and were standing outside looking confused. Thank goodness I was able to find somewhere else to get her in last minute but she had to settle for a toned down style from what she wanted. I have heard good things of this stylist and all but this was unacceptable. I would have even been ok with a call or text saying something came up or there was an emergency or something like that but to not show up for your own business and not even return a panicked phone call is very unprofessional and I will most likely not give this place a 2nd chance or recommend them just because I’d be afraid to rely on them.

I love William ball work he did a great job on my hair he made me look better then I did I went in with red hair came out looking better then I did now my hair light brown and with highlights if it was possible I would give him more star so if you want a your hair done go too him I know I’ll be going back there he is amazing Hair coloring
