People there are inexperienced and are in the learning stage. They are awesome with men’s hair, but don’t have the knowledge needed to do women’s color/highlights. They are all nice, but need someone with the experience to teach and guide them. Like everything in life, they are learning as they go, if you don’t mind that, Dyersburg is for you, everybody else, call Brenda in the Kennett salon, she has 30+ years experience!

The worst place ever she told us to come back in 15 mins we ended up waiting and hour they have workers sitting around with one girl working doing everybody’s hair and they don’t cut hair like you want it will never come back here ever again. Haircut

The lady did a good job cutting my hair. It took only about 10 minutes. Then, it cost me $24 for a 10-minute haircut. No beard trimming or hair washing or nothing. That is a ridiculous price. My barber passed away, and now I can’t find anyone with a fair price.

Stylist had no idea what she was doing. What was trying to be a simple trim turned into a buzz cut. I was getting trimmed for an hour (yes she was slow) and after she did a straight cut on my bangs, I realize my widow’s peak was cut to about an inch short. After that I had to get a manager involved and she didnt have much other choice than to buzz it. Overall I was there 2 hours and severely was wasted my time.

Critical: PunctualityWas told i couldnt bring both of my children so i had to get a babysitter finally get up there and theres a 45 minute wait with 2 ahead of me considering they refuse to take appointments.. So i wall around walmart for an hour and then come back just to be told the same two are still ahead of me and shes still on the same person she was on when i first arrived. What a shame!
