Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWalked in, not greeted. Had to figure out how to check myself in. Overly loud employees. Employees walking off site and hanging in the back. MAIN ISSUE the short blonde woman in a red flannel jacket being loud when the phone rang. No ones here, but then being abrasive when she did answer. Also she talked to a customer about her damaging or possibly going to damage someones property. THE ONLY GOOD THING THAT HAPPENED was the one employee that cut my hair. She was informative. Didnt do anything without asking me first. Extremely professional. I dont know her name but she was amazing. ( Dee was the name on the business card at seat 3 where i had my haircut. My son and I had our haircuts here today. Jeaneen was my stylist and did a great job. She explained what she was doing and asked me questions about my cut. I did not feel rushed, but we did arrive right after they opened. My son’s stylist was April and he is particular about his haircut, and she also did a great job.
