Michelle is amazing! I’ve had my hair done by her twice now and she is always so thorough. My hair is incredibly long and she takes her time ensuring that my needs with my hair, color and cut, are met each time. She’s funny and keeps me entertained throughout the hours ( ) it take to do my hair. The vibe of the Parker House is modern and eclectic. They offer you a drink the minute you come in and make you feel instantly at home! They have music going and wide open windows to see downtown Franklin bustling by. Fun, upbeat, chic salon with talented staff. I have been going to Michelle for over a year and a half now and I get great compliments on my hair. I like that she listens to my wants, highlighting my brown hair in the summer and glazing it a bit darker for the winter. She takes her time to make the haircuts just perfect. It’s very easy to schedule our appointments and their automated system reminds me the day before (as do my gray roots ). Did I mention the complimentary wine or champagne?

Parker House is the best hair salon in Franklin. Full stop. Not only are the haircuts truly art, but the entire experience is magical. From the aesthetic brick building, to the old fashioned made for me to drink with each haircut. But most importantly, the people. Michelle is the only person I have let touch my hair for years. She is the best stylist!! She is not only incredibly kind, the best conversationalist, and a master of all things hair and style, but also just makes me feel loved every time I walk through the door. Sam and Parker House give me the style, cut and color that make me look and feel fabulous. Samuel’s been doing my hair for a little less than 2 years and I’m so grateful to have found him. He’s an artist. I wouldn’t trust my hair at any other salon. My teenage sons and my husband can be seen getting their hair cut at The Parker House, too. The salon is it’s own cool vibe and the staff is welcoming and kind.
